Job summary

Winfield Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Norman properties. You will perform general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, conduct quarterly preventive maintenance, and address tenant service requests to keep units safe and functional.

The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, requires the ability to work independently and in a team, and involves on-call duties for emergencies.

Qualifications

• General plumbing, electrical and HVAC repair knowledge required.
• Experience with hand and power tools and safe work practices.
• Effective communication with tenants and team members in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs to facility systems.
• Inspects equipment, identifies issues and conducts preventive maintenance.
• Handle tenant service requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Perform on-site safety repairs and refurbish residences before occupancy.
• On-call for emergencies and issues requiring immediate attention.
