Job summary

Yugo Highbranch Gainesville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and upkeep of the property and to serve as a key liaison between residents and management. You will perform a wide range of repairs, conduct inspections, and help maintain a high-quality living environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience (HVAC/plumbing/electrical), a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• EPA Type I certification preferred.
• Pool maintenance certification preferred where legally required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally with high-quality repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry).
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, equipment and common areas to identify safety concerns.
• Maintain property appearance, safety and functionality; prep vacant units for new residents.
