Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Everstead at Conroe to support the community’s upkeep and protect the asset value.

You will perform interior and exterior maintenance, assist with repairs, and contribute to a safe, professional living environment for residents. The role requires hands-on experience, strong communication, and flexibility to handle weekends or after-hours emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies and perform preventative maintenance.
• Submit time and attendance reports and conduct daily inspections of the community.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information and adhere to policies.
