You will inspect, repair, and maintain the property, coordinate preventive maintenance, and respond to after-hours emergencies, while ensuring residents and staff receive timely service.

Qualifikationen

• Read and follow MSDS sheets for chemicals used at the property.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing and electrical is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and operate common maintenance machinery.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and related guidelines.
• Inspect the property regularly and report hazards and repairs.
• Complete maintenance service requests and document activity.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to schedule preventive maintenance.
• Follow community preventive maintenance program and communicate needs for supplies.
• Handle emergencies following Steadfast policies and procedures.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as directed.
• Report acts of vandalism or property issues to management.
• Be available for after-hours emergency calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
