Job summary

Steadfast Companies in Boerne, TX is seeking a Full Time Housekeeping/Maintenance Aide to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained common areas within the community. You will follow safety guidelines, perform routine cleaning, and assist with maintenance tasks and resident communications.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 90 pounds, familiarity with MSDS, and a willingness to respond after hours for emergencies. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with OSHA guidelines and maintain safety across the community.
• Identify safety hazards and report needed repairs to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Complete daily cleaning duties and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in common areas.
• Clean glass doors and windows; empty trash throughout the building.
• Prepare packets for residents and assist with posting notices.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to schedule preventive maintenance and service requests.
• Assist with maintenance duties and grounds keeping as needed.
• Report property issues and liabilities with recommendations to management.
