Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, TX to support the service and office teams. You will perform repairs across plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliances, and HVAC, handling preventative maintenance and on-call emergencies to keep properties in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or an EPA/HVAC license.
• Available for emergencies as needed.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, with potential evenings for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters and cleaning coils.
• Repair and replace appliances (refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, ovens, microwaves).
• Minor to moderate plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation.
• Repair or replace sink/shower/toilet fixtures and electrical fixtures.
• Operate hand and power tools; track work in maintenance software.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, pools, and assist with emergencies as needed.
