Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Boerne, TX site. This full-time, on-site role oversees property upkeep, safety compliance, and timely completion of resident service requests.

The technician coordinates preventive maintenance with the supervisor and responds to emergencies as required. The ideal candidate has carpentry, plumbing and electrical experience, can lift up to 90 lbs, maintains a valid driver's license, and works well in a team to solve

Qualifications

• Must have valid local state drivers license.
• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to operate various equipment and machinery.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must read MSDS sheets and follow safety policies.
• Flexibility to work after-hours emergencies.
• Familiar with OSHA guidelines and safety compliance.
• Team-oriented approach and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Be familiar with OSHA guidelines and ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
• Inspect the property regularly and report hazards and needed repairs to Maintenance Supervisor; follow up.
• Complete maintenance service requests from residents and log all documentation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to schedule preventive maintenance and resident requests.
• Follow the community preventive maintenance program regularly.
• Communicate needs for supplies to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Report property issues and liabilities with recommendations to management.
• Handle emergencies following Steadfast policies and procedures.
• Comply with laws on fair housing and safety regulations as applicable.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as directed.
• Report vandalism, property destruction, and suspicious activity to management.
• Be available for after-hours emergency calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
