RMS is seeking a Maintenance Technician for City Crossing in New Haven, CT to perform regular maintenance across rental buildings in their geography, respond to resident requests, and keep units in excellent condition.

Reports to the Maintenance Superintendent; duties include executing requests, building walkthroughs, prioritizing issues, coordinating with subcontractors, recording time, and communicating with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum building maintenance experience.
• Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• This is a full-time position with Monday–Saturday schedule and on-call rotations.

Responsabilités

• Execute maintenance requests as assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Perform building walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs.
• Provide friendly, responsive service to residents.
• Prioritize maintenance requests so critical issues are addressed quickly.
• Record and report time accurately.
• Communicate work requested and completed to the Maintenance Superintendent.
