Job summary

Newport Pacific Capital in Poway, CA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 262-space park. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks with strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities include building and facility maintenance, plumbing and electrical work, meter reading of submeter systems, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry. 1 year of general maintenance experience is preferred; independent work and teamwork are both valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management a plus).
• Ability to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
• Skilled with hand tools and safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks across buildings and facilities.
• Handle plumbing and electrical systems.
• Read submeters and meters for utilities (gas, electric, and water).
• Maintain grounds and landscaping.
• Pool maintenance and basic carpentry.
