Newport Pacific Capital in Poway, CA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 262-space park. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks with strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities include building and facility maintenance, plumbing and electrical work, meter reading of submeter systems, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry. 1 year of general maintenance experience is preferred; independent work and teamwork are both valued.
