Job summary

Fitch Irick Property Management in Florence, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance across the property. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform turnovers, and keep grounds and buildings in good repair.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift heavy loads, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines. Valid driver's license required; travel up to 50% may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Physically demanding; may lift 100+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Schedule and complete all preventative maintenance programs.
• Report risks and incidents to Site Manager with required forms.
• Ensure safety logs comply with OSHA and company policies.
• Complete unit turnovers and maintain inventories of supplies.
