Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC seeks a Full Time Maintenance Technician at Manzano Mesa in Albuquerque, NM. You will support the Community Manager, ensure safety, and complete routine and urgent maintenance to uphold curb appeal and property quality.

You’ll handle work orders, coordinate with staff and vendors, and follow Guardian policies and OSHA regulations. On-call rotation and career growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of work maintenance experience or related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable on ladders up to 15 feet.
• Good attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic computer literacy and training completion willingness.
• Willingness to be on-call rotating for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive, professional manner.
• Support Community Manager and ensure property management obligations are met.
• Maintain property compliance with laws (fire, backflow, OSHA, etc.).
• Walk grounds daily to maintain curb appeal and property exterior.
• Coordinate with vendors to address repairs and improvements.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of space conditions and time worked.
• Stay on-call for emergencies after hours and weekends on a rotating basis.
