Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning duties and report to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Identify and report safety hazards and property damage.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors in common areas.
• Clean glass doors and windows; empty trash throughout the building.
• Assist with office staff and packets for residents; post notices to doors.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor for preventative groundswork and service requests.
• Participate in maintenance duties and grounds keeping as needed.
• Communicate needs for supplies to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Report acts of vandalism or property issues to management.
• Handle emergencies following established policies and procedures.
