Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical training in construction, plumbing, wiring, HVAC, etc.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine/preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.
• Repair and replace appliances, furnaces, electrical outlets, fixtures and fixtures.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and plan repairs.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Work with supervisor to prioritize assigned work requests and ensure safety standards.
