Job summary

Rockline Industries, the #1 coffee filter manufacturer in North America, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Northern New Jersey facility. You will maintain manufacturing equipment and the facility, install and repair production equipment, and support preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of safety, cGMPs, and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' maintenance experience or technical trade school graduate.
• Strong knowledge of utilities equipment and the use of power tools.
• Industrial electrical troubleshooting and basic electronics.
• Knowledge of Work Order program for equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and provide a safe working environment for all Rockline associates.

• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment as required.
• Provide timely maintenance support across all departments.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and process deficiencies using electrical/mechanical skills.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipment (press, baggers, sealers, conveyors, printers).
• Preventive maintenance and repairs for manufacturing support equipment (air compressors, boilers, fans, pumps).
• Maintain accurate records and manage parts inventory.
