Job summary
Infra Pipes in Rockaway, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee production equipment, ensure safety, and drive maintenance best practices in a manufacturing environment.
You will lead a team, manage CMMS work orders, coordinate repairs and projects, and collaborate with site and corporate leadership to improve MTTR and MTBF.
This hands-on role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and PLC experience with Allen-Bradley systems.
Qualifications
- Progressive, hands-on supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of plant systems (extruders, loaders/receivers, pneumatics, hydraulics).
- Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills required.
- Experience with Allen Bradley controls (PLC 5, SLC 500, MicroLogix, ControlLogix) and HMI.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment overhauls.
- Act as technical lead for controls and automation.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance improvement projects.
- Oversee maintenance staff schedules and activities.
- Ensure quality and completeness of maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with Site and Corporate Management on timelines.
