The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong mechanical/electrical skills, CMMS experience, and the ability to coordinate projects with operations and management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supervisory experience in manufacturing/production.
• Strong knowledge of plant systems (extruders, loaders/receivers, pneumatics, hydraulics).
• Experience leading preventive maintenance and repairs with CMMS.
• Ability to lead technical projects and maintenance improvements.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant operations knowledge to improve efficiency.
• Lead preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Act as technical lead for equipment controls and automation.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance projects.
• Oversee maintenance staff schedules and performance.
• Ensure quality and completeness of maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with management on project timelines.
• Provide direct support to production activities.
