Job summary

Baumer Foods, Inc. in Reserve Plant is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe and reliable production equipment operations. You will perform mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs to minimize downtime.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, follow 5S and safety policies, and maintain maintenance records in the CMMS MPulse while collaborating with the maintenance team for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in high-paced manufacturing preferred.
• Maintenance/technical training preferred but not required.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic failures.
• Operate basic machining equipment as needed.
• Update maintenance records in MPulse CMMS.
• Follow safety policies and 5S standards.
