Job summary

Baumer Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the Reserve Plant to perform mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep production lines running safely and efficiently.

This role requires you to follow safety policies, maintain 5S practices, and update records in MPulse, with a focus on minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in maintenance in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment according to manuals and diagrams.
• Diagnose root causes by observing equipment in operation.
• Disassemble equipment to access and replace defective components.
• Update maintenance records in the CMMS (MPulse).
• Maintain safety and 5S standards while performing duties.
• Collaborate with team and support continuous improvement initiatives.
