Job summary

Woodcreek Apartments in Fairview, Oregon is hiring a maintenance technician to diagnose problems, repair plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, and contribute to the preventative maintenance program.

You will work in a one-technician community, manage work orders, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation with overtime pay. A minimum of one year of multifamily maintenance experience and your own hand tools are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Own set of hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems across plumbing, HVAC, and appliances on our properties.
• Walk the property and common areas to identify issues and contribute to preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with management by communicating needs, re-orders, and efficiency improvements.
• Own the overall physical condition of the property in a one-technician community.
