Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect and enhance the community, and ensure resident maintenance issues are resolved promptly. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience and knowledge of pool service.

You will perform facility and grounds maintenance, follow safety and EPA procedures for HVAC and refrigerant handling, assist with after-hours on-call requests, and support on-site inspections.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds per community objectives.
• Follows safety, health, and OSHA programs for equipment operation and repairs.
• Responds to work orders, including after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Assists with inspections of public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards.
• Follows EPA requirements for air conditioning, refrigeration, and refrigerants.
• Maintains pool and spa water chemistry and sanitation per regulations.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
