Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) at S472A Yards at Old State in State College, PA. The role focuses on protecting and enhancing community value and resident living experience by addressing maintenance issues efficiently.

Responsibilities include maintaining facilities, following safety and health regulations, responding to work orders including after-hours calls, inspecting areas for quality, and securing tools and storage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Must lift a minimum of 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hour shifts.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
• Must be able to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies.
• Must embody Cardinal Culture and Core Values daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Follows safety, health, OSHA, and EPA procedures for equipment and refrigerant.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call rotation.
• Inspects public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards.
• Keeps storage areas and tools secure at all times.
