Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds according to community objectives.
• Follows safety, health, OSHA, and EPA record-keeping for equipment and procedures.
• Responds to work orders promptly; participates in after-hours on-call maintenance rotations.
• Assists with inspecting public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards are met.
• Complies with EPA requirements for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment handling and disposal.
• Adheres to health department regulations for pools and spas to maintain water chemistry and sanitation.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
