Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Sherwood Oaks. You will respond to service requests and perform repairs with a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, maintaining common areas, assisting Groundskeeper, and communicating effectively with residents and team members. Certifications such as EPA Section 608 and HVAC are required or must be attained within 60 days.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification required or must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• HVAC certification (e.g., HVAC Excellence) required or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred for safety.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses are advantageous and support broader maintenance work.

Responsibilities
