AdventHealth in Florida seeks an experienced maintenance plumber to install, maintain, and repair domestic water systems, pumps, piping, filters, and related equipment across facilities. You will troubleshoot plumbing and mechanical systems, document maintenance logs, and support other trades; requires a high school diploma or 5+ years experience and a valid driver’s license.
Healthcare experience preferred.

Installs, maintains, and repairs domestic water pumps, water piping lines, water filters, and plumbing fixtures. Repairs and maintains steam stations, valves, heating and condensate return stations, and sewer and storm drains. Maintains the piping and supply of cylinder and bulk medical gas systems. Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems, performing essential repairs and other duties as requested. Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs plumbing, mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and piping as needed and under general supervision. Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks. Remains current on maintenance logs and documentation. Provides on-the-job skills training to enhance team capabilities. Supports and contributes to the development of new processes, products, or services. Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
