Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience or a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work.
Proficiency in Electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting/repair.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machinery.
Install and troubleshoot complex electrical systems including motors, switchboards, automated controls, and circuit breakers.
Use PLCs to identify faults in automated lines and implement corrective measures.
Follow strict preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and support process improvements.
Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace and prioritize safety for the team.
Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
