Avery Dennison Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support site operations in Ohio. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing machinery, electrical circuits, and mechanical equipment to keep production running efficiently.

The role requires trade school certification or equivalent journeyman experience, with emphasis on reading drawings, troubleshooting PLC systems, and performing preventive maintenance. Overtime and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Trade School Certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, or journeyman-level experience.
• Analytical mindset focused on root-cause problem solving.
• Ability to read technical drawings, troubleshoot 3-phase/PLC systems, and use testing instruments.
• Willingness to work overtime and support team goals.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, motors, and conveyors.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Install conduit, wiring, and perform equipment testing for safety and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve quality and safety workflows.
