Job summary

Greif is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability of plant machinery through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training with 2–3 years of relevant experience; proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment; and a collaborative, safety‑minded approach to supporting operations and junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training with 2–3 years of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability of machinery and equipment through preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read manuals, diagrams, specs, and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Use tools and measuring instruments to verify parts dimensions.
• Assemble, install, adjust, calibrate, repair, dismantle equipment as needed.
• Follow plant safety policies and participate in safety initiatives.
• Mentor junior maintenance colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
