Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to operate machines, hand-tools and electrical equipment.
• Understanding of automated industrial machinery and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Able to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and work orders.
• Strong problem-solving, practical mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Good written and oral communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability of machinery through preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Read manuals, diagrams, and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments to check parts.
• Follow plant safety policies and participate in safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
