Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring instruments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Welding, machining and fabrication experience a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures reliability of machinery by preventive maintenance and servicing.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Reads diagrams, manuals, specs and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Uses hand tools and instruments to measure and assess parts.
• Removes defective parts and disassembles devices for repair.
• Adheres to plant safety policies and participates in safety programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
