Qualifications

• 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems.
• High School diploma; PLC programming, hydraulics & electronics repair certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and promote a proactive safety culture on site.
• Identify and correct safety hazards to prevent injuries.
• Repair, adjust, and service equipment to meet production needs.
• Determine causes of breakdowns and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with contractors and support maintenance scheduling.
