Job summary

The role requires high school diploma or GED, welding and machining skills, knowledge of machine controls and electrical schematics, and ability to read manuals and manage work orders in CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; prior machine repair/maintenance experience preferred.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Machining, lathe and milling experience.
• Understanding of machine control systems and electrical schematics.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and use office software.
• Ability to perform basic math and unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and modify mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems and control circuits.
• Plan and carry out tasks on special projects; manage assigned projects.
• Source products/materials and manage parts inventories.
• Collaborate across departments and work in a small team.
