Madison Communities in Ruskin, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multifamily properties, perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and general repairs, and ensure apartments are safe and move-in ready.

You will join a team that values reliability and resident satisfaction; certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are required, 18+ with a high school diploma, and benefits include 401(k), strong medical coverage, HSA/FSA, disability, life insurance, parental leave, PTO and discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills.
