Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing and painting trades.
• Ability to plan, schedule and supervise job sites.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and remediation plans.

Responsibilities

• Solicit cost estimates or cost proposals and plan project costs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of facilities.
• Maintain accountability of materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed by self and team.
