This full‑time role supports plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds with a 7.5‑hour day schedule, offering safety focus and hands‑on growth potential from Maintenance Technician to Supervisor to Physical Plant Director.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing and painting trades.
• Ability to plan, schedule and supervise job sites.
• Read blueprints and remediation plans.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work with incarcerated individuals with care.

Responsibilities

• Solicit cost estimates or cost proposals.
• Estimate costs and work hours for maintenance projects.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of facilities.
• Maintain accountability of materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Ensure safety compliance for self and team.
• Recruit and train employees to ensure role clarity and growth.
• Set expectations, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
• Workday attendance at assigned worksites.
