Work Schedule: Saturday-Monday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with possible after-hours work and on-call duties for Saturday/Sunday nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across multiple facilities located in Bentonville, Lowell, and Springdale.
• Diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Follow written and verbal instructions; use hand and power tools for repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Assist with transportation and setup of equipment between facilities.
• Recognize when specialized tradesperson skills are required.
• Ensure safety standards and infection control protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to operate a truck safely; good hearing, vision, and color distinction.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Preferably, 5+ years in general maintenance and equipment repair.

Physical and Work Conditions

• May work indoors and outdoors in various environmental conditions.
• Lift 70-100 lbs; perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, climbing, and standing for long periods.
• Potential hazards include electrical shock, burns, falls, cuts, and bruises.
