An established industry player is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to oversee routine and preventative maintenance across multiple facilities. Saturday-Monday 8-4:30, may be required to work after hours. Will be required to work an on-call schedule for Sat/Sun nights.
Performs and oversees routine and preventative maintenance for all Circle of Life facilities and essential operational systems located in Bentonville, Lowell, and Springdale.
Must be able to diagnose problems and determine the best solutions. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Use common hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance. Requires manual dexterity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills and the ability to maintain records are essential. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Must have a current Arkansas driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a clean motor vehicle record. Good hearing, vision, and color discrimination are necessary. Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to read signs, prepare reports, and communicate effectively. Knowledge of safety protocols, hazards, and infection control (OSHA) standards is preferred. A background in general maintenance and equipment repair with at least 5 years of related experience or training is preferred.
Work may occur at multiple locations in a single day, with exposure to indoor and outdoor environments, extreme temperatures, awkward or confined spaces, and heights on ladders. Risks include electrical shock, burns, falls, cuts, and bruises. Some areas may not be wheelchair accessible. Physical demands include lifting 70-100 lbs, pushing, pulling, walking, climbing, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
