You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. Responsibilities:

1. Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
2. Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs
3. Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
4. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
5. Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced

Qualifications:

1. Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent
2. Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
3. Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
4. Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems

This is a part-time position with weekends required and on-call evenings.

Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly
