Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a full-time hotel maintenance position at Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites in Cary, NC. The role involves performing preventative maintenance across guest areas, completing work orders, and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel experience is preferred. The job requires lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, with the ability to stand for extended

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
