The Good Bread Company in Minneapolis is seeking a skilled Bakery Maintenance Technician to keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot bakery equipment, and support line startups with strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
• 3-5 years electrical experience.
• 2-3 years bakery experience is a plus.
• Basic machining skills and knowledge of industrial electrical control wiring.
• Ability to troubleshoot pneumatics and packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and blueprints/schematics.

The Bakery Maintenance Technician will be asked to maintain the manufacturing facility by utilizing their experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer controls. This includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of machinery relating to bakery food processing equipment, physical structures, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
