Job summary

CraftMark Bakery is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently on the 12-hour night shift (5pm–5am) with a 2-2-3 rotation. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered, along with a strong benefits package and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, sensors, and PLC-controlled systems, as well as troubleshooting and repairs in a highly automated bakery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems.
• Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications.
• Analyze/Maintain equipment throughout the plant.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
