EDEN in Cleveland is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair building systems, inspect equipment, and ensure facilities are safe and functional. On-site work and collaboration with a team are essential to keep properties well-maintained.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, adherence to safety standards, and proactive communication. A valid Ohio driver’s license and eligibility for on-call rotation are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of trade or technical school training, with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic.
• Alternatively, 3 years of hands-on maintenance/repair experience.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and perform repairs to keep facilities in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues; maintain records of repairs and compliance with safety standards.
• Respond to work orders with a proactive approach to upkeep; collaborate with the team.
• Work Monday through Friday with on-call rotation for emergencies.
