Job summary

EDEN Inc in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Full-Time Multi Site Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties with a company vehicle provided. You will perform inspections, handle work orders, and keep facilities safe, compliant, and well‑maintained across sites.

Qualifications

• Trade/technical school training, with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic preferred.
• Or 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience preferred.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and perform daily repairs to maintain and upkeep facilities.
• Strong communication skills are essential to address maintenance work orders efficiently.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less and proof of insurance.
• Must be able to work on call rotation.

What's your day like?

As a new Multi Site Maintenance Technician at EDEN Inc, you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance work orders, and ensuring all of EDEN's properties are safely maintained according to standard regulations for our clients. You'll be troubleshooting various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and conducting repairs as needed to uphold our commitment to community well‑being. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and standard evening and weekend on‑call rotation.
