Job summary

EDEN Inc in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Full-Time Multi Site Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties with a company vehicle provided. You will perform inspections, handle work orders, and keep facilities safe, compliant, and well‑maintained across sites.

You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, carry out repairs, and participate in on‑call rotations. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance,

Qualifications

Trade/technical school training, with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic preferred.
Or 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience preferred.
Ability to independently troubleshoot and perform daily repairs to maintain and upkeep facilities.
Strong communication skills are essential to address maintenance work orders efficiently.
Valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less and proof of insurance.
Must be able to work on call rotation.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and address maintenance work orders across multiple properties.
Ensure properties are safely maintained according to standard regulations for clients.
Troubleshoot systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC and conduct repairs as needed.
