EDEN Inc in Cleveland is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our facilities in a mission-driven organization serving the community. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, document repairs, and collaborate with a team.

The role requires 2+ years of experience (or 3 years) and a valid Ohio driver's license; on-call rotation is part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical school training plus relevant maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years as a maintenance technician or mechanic; or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and perform daily repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues and document repairs.
• Maintain records and respond to work orders with a proactive approach.
• Participate in on-call rotation to handle emergencies.
