Job summary

LifePath in Sellersville, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support multiple residential group homes in Upper Bucks and Montgomery Counties. You will perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks, ensuring safety and quality in line with company regulations.

The role entails 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation; a company vehicle and tools are provided for work hours, with training completed on-site.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and repair work.
• At least eighteen years of age.
• Valid driver's license with 3-year clean driving record.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and read/safely follow English work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain work sites across residential group homes and program buildings.
• Prioritize work requests, schedule and complete maintenance tasks.
• Perform safety and routine maintenance in line with regulations.
• Be available for immediate maintenance needs as they arise.
