Job summary

Community LIFE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and episodic maintenance across multiple sites. Responsibilities include mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and other trades; occasional furniture installations or relocations; and home repairs for participants as authorized by the Interdisciplinary Teams.

Requires trade school training and at least one year of maintenance experience (preferably in healthcare). Valid PA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Trade school or relevant training in applicable field
• Experience in maintenance trades and healthcare facility settings is a plus
• Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and episodic maintenance, service and repair across multiple sites
• Installations or relocations of furniture, equipment, and decorative items as needed
• Provide home repairs for participants as authorized by Community LIFE Interdisciplinary Teams
