3M is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Little Rock, AR. The position offers opportunities to work with diverse teams and global colleagues while applying hands-on skills in mechanical repair and systems maintenance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting bearings, gear boxes, pumps, valves and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, plus welding on structures. Candidates should have a HS diploma, a technical diploma or 3+ years maintenance experience, and be able to work overtime

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical diploma/degree or three years maintenance experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot/Repair mechanical equipment and components (bearings, bushings, gear boxes, pump seals, clutches, brakes, drive components, valves, motors, couplings).
• Troubleshoot/Adjust mechanical equipment (hydraulic/pneumatic machinery, variable speed power transmission, conveyors, spraying systems, extruders).
• Troubleshoot control valves, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and pumps.
• Welding on structures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and perform duties safely.
