Schedule: Rotating 12 hours shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am.

Job Duties
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on 460V three-phase electrical systems Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Assist with equipment repairs and general mechanical work
- Support production by minimizing downtime and resolving issues quickly
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
Education Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred but not required
Experience Requirements
- Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working With high and low voltage electrical systems
- Strong understanding of three-phase power (460V preferred)
- Working knowledge of pneumatics
- Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical schematics
- Basic computer skids (data entry, maintenance logs, etc.)
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.
- Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Maintenance Technician.
- Basic fabrication skills (cutting, welding, modifying parts)
- General mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Industrial maintenance background
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 30-60 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
- Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment

What You Will Do
