Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and technical degree or 3+ years maintenance experience.
• Occasional overtime, weekends, holidays, shift work, and on-call required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment including bearings, gears, seals, and motors.
• Service hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, HVAC, and extruders.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to restore performance.
• Support maintenance with preventive tasks and continuous improvement.
• Modify PLC/HMI programs to support operation and resolve issues.
